About Into the Wild
Into the Wild runs a number of events throughout the year. Our largest family festival is our Into the Wild Summer Festival, with a focus on affordability, community and sustainability in the Sussex countryside.
Tickets
You will receive an emailed ticket. Please print it or be ready to show it on the gate using your phone.
Under five is free. 5–15 years old is a ‘Youth/Child Ticket’. 15 years and up is a general admission ticket.
Yes, tickets will be available on the gate.
We do not provide refunds. You can sell or transfer your ticket to another person.

We now offer two-for-one carers passes through our ticketing system.
Preparing for camp
You can follow all the latest updates through the programme on our website.
Doors open Friday at 10am and the first workshop is Friday at 1pm. Main event activities end Sunday night. We ask everyone to leave site by 1pm on Monday please.

No pets are allowed at this event.
We provide a camping pitch — you need to bring the rest. We recommend a cushion and blanket, a water bottle for workshops and plenty of warm bedding.
Please ensure you bring no more than you are able to carry to the campsite, as for health and safety reasons cars have to be parked away from our main camping areas.
Yes. If you are bringing a campervan, caravan or similar live-in vehicle, please purchase a live-in vehicle pass on the website.
A live-in vehicle ticket entitles you to a 5m x 6m bay, although there may be slight flexibility on this.

There is no ATM on site, so please be sure to bring enough cash to last the event.
Yes. They are available for a nominal fee to cover the costs of hiring and maintaining them.
Yes — we have a sky-gazing sauna.
There will be vegan, vegetarian, raw and meat options.
Yes, there is free drinking water from communal taps.
No, the festival doesn't sell alcohol. The Missing Link brewery sells alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages on site.
Features include spacious compost toilets, including accessibility toilets, as well as hot showers and a sky-gazing sauna.
Yes.
There is a communal fire to toast your toes. Personal camp fires are not allowed anywhere on site — we provide communal fires instead.
Yes — we ask that everyone kindly takes their rubbish home with them.
Please leave the site by 1pm on Monday.
